Self-leadership for Essity

On this page you find all the tools we went through in the workshop. Until next time work with the energy circles to make sure you have some green energy every day. Also give yourself the opportunity to reflect on green, yellow and red energy using page 1 in the weekly reflection exercise. All documents are PDFs that you can download and write in.


Energy circles

The purpose of working with the Energy Circles is to understand what situations/tasks/people that fill me upp with energy (green energy), what I need to do to set me up for success (yellow energy) and what drains me from energy (red energy) and also to realise how I tend to prioritise between them.


Circle of reactions

The purpose of working with the Circles of Reactions is to understand what my underlying thought, attitude or approach is in a situation along with how this thought, attitude or approach impact my feelings, my body and my actions. 

In the first step we use it to map out and help me realise my underlying thought and in the second step to help me find a new thought/approach (where we take inspiration from attitudes coming from mindfulness).


Relaxation exercise

The purpose of doing relaxation exercises is to lower stress, but also to become more aware of our thoughts and feelings so that we can observe them more clearly.
